Harolyn C. Gilles, M.D is board-certified in Family Medicine and has gained expertise in Aesthetics and Age Management Medicine. Her interest in Aesthetics and Longevity have been
the focus of her continuing medical education in the pursuit of the latest
and greatest in medical advancements.
She is a highly trained and skilled clinician who has successfully completed the certification process in Age Management Medicine and Bio-identical
Hormone Replacement Therapy through the reputed Cenegenics Medical Institute.
She is also certified by the International Meso-Lipotherapy Society to perform
mesotherapy and spot fat reduction through the lipo-dissolve technique, also
known as Adipose Therapy.
Upon graduation from Northwestern University School of Medicine, she served on
the faculty of Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and later became the
Associate Director of the Family Practice Residency Program at the University
of Arizona Medical School. She has also completed training in Awake Tumescent Liposuction using Smart Lipo for the ultimate in body contouring and skin tightening. She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians and has recently received the 2008 "Best of Scottsdale" Physicians and Surgeons award.
Dr. Harolyn Gilles is a recognized lecturer and has appeared on various local and national
TV and radio shows educating the community on health related matters. She has been featured on Sonoran Living (ch.15) as a member of the 2005 Dream Team for The Ultimate Makeover. Most recently Harolyn has appeared on Good Evening Arizona (ch.3), the
Healthy Life segment by Brandy Aguilar, and Your Life: A - Z.

Pierre C. Gilles, M.D. is a board certified general surgeon with longstanding expertise in micro-invasive surgery. His diverse experience includes a fellowship in [surgical] nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic. He has also successfully trained in aesthetic surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians. Dr. Pierre Gilles is a graduate of the Honors Program in Medical Education from Northwestern University. He has frequently been honored by his peers, and has been recognized as “Top Doc”
in the Phoenix Magazine, in both 2005 and 2008.
